Cozy Double in Spacious Riverside Flat

☀️ Our flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend so we’re looking for someone to take over his room from 31 July! ✨

The room is fully furnished (although not including the desk) and we share two good-sized bathrooms between four of us.

Rent is £780 pcm and bills come to around £125 a month.

The flat is on the second floor of a characterful Victorian mansion block with a fully furnished living room and kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. We are in a fab location - 15 seconds from the river, ideal for walking, running and cycling 🚶 🏃‍♀️ 🚴🏼‍♀️

We are two girls and one guy who met through either mutual friends of the flat or SpareRoom. We have all lived in the flat for the past few years and love it.

We’re big fans of an after work pub trip or run/walk/cycle along the river together and are also known to sometimes head to gigs and art exhibitions together too, but we also respect each other's space. We are looking for someone who wants to make this their home and keep it a happy and comfortable place to live.

Hammersmith is a fab place to live, lots of bars, restaurants, pubs and shops. The flat is also close to supermarkets, with Tesco, Sainsbury's, M&S and Lidl all within 5 mins walk. It's really easy to get around, with 4 tube lines (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and Circle) and plenty of buses just 5 mins walk away.
