Downstairs, there is a cozy living room (big enough for two full sized sofas), a downstairs toilet, and a full-sized kitchen.
The flat comes fully furnished, has a washer and tumble dryer, and it has been redecorated and renovated within the last year, including with new appliances. Please note that the double bedroom can come furnished with a bed and mattress, or with just two night stands and lamps, as shown in the pictures— please just let us know in your enquiry!.
The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with access to green spaces (including Ravenscourt Park and the Thames Path), restaurants, shops, pubs, and excellent transport links into Central London. It is a 5-minute walk from Ravenscourt Park station and a 7-minute walk to Hammersmith Tube station. It is also a short walk to the Livat Shopping Centre (which has an Ikea and Sainsbury’s), as well as the supermarkets and shops on King Street.
You would be taking over our existing tenancy, with the option to renew after September 1, 2025. The flat is ideal for a couple or two working professional sharers.
