Bright Friendly Room Hammersmith/Shepherd's Bush

We are looking for a professional female housemate to fill a double bedroom available in our three bedroom, two bathroom split level apartment. The property is located on a quiet residential street in Brook Green, roughly half way between Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush. It’s within easy walking distance of the Piccadilly, Central, District, Circle, and Hammersmith and City Lines, multiple supermarkets, and Westfields shopping center.

The apartment is split across the top two floors (2nd and 3rd), with all bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor, and the living room, another bathroom, the kitchen, and a big terrace on the lower floor. The available room comes with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and brand new triple glazed windows! The pictures don't really do the size of the room justice.

You would be living with Lucy and Sam, both professionals working in Media Distribution (with the perk of occasional merch and screening tickets). Lucy is a big time country music fan and enjoys café hopping, exploring London, and live music. Sam enjoys reading, baking, quizzes, theatre, dance, live music, and cinema, as well as exploring London when the weather co-operates.

We’re looking for someone friendly, clean, and tidy who wants a home rather than just a place to sleep. It’s a quiet flat, and we would love to spend time together chilling in the evenings/weekends, or venturing out into London, when our schedules align. We want everyone to feel like this is their home. Ideally we’re looking for someone who is office based at least part of the time, with regular hours (9-5ish).

Bills are not included in the rent and are approximately £130 a month (Council Tax Band E). The room is available from the 16th December and we are looking to carry out viewings on the over the next couple of weeks.
