Large Double Room In Hammersmith

Looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly share house in Hammersmith

The Room:
Large Double room with 2 north facing windows. The room comes furnished with bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and 2 x wardrobe. Heaps of space for additional furniture such as a desk if you WFH.

The House:
4 Bed townhouse with a large kitchen and a shared living room. We're a short 10 min walk to the river with pubs, restaurants and cafes and Located a 5 min walk from Barons Court (Piccadilly & District) and 10 mins from Hammersmith (Circle, Hammersmith & City) stations.

Housemates:
2 Aussie Girls and an English Guy, all working professionals. Everyone gets along and enjoys spending time together either going for a pint or a couch debrief but equally respect each others space and chip in to keep on top of the house chores.

Bills come in around 100 - 120 per month including council tax, WiFi, Electricity, Gas & Water. The lease is until April 2025 with possibility to extend.
