Room available in early October in Hammersmith. Close to the river, ravenscourt park tube station, Hammersmith station, and local shops.

Im a 23 year old professional looking for another professional or mature student around the same age. Im tidy but not obsessive over cleanliness. Im a social person, but also appreciate personal space and friend groups and would like someone similar to share a flat with.

Council tax is band E, and bills usually come to around 50 per month (some are quarterly but this is what it averages out to). This would be a new lease starting on the 7th of October, fixed for one year, and terminable with 60 days notice for the year after that. The rent is approximate as I am waiting for final confirmation from the landlord.
