Nice ensuite room in lovely house 1st Octob

A current housemate is sadly moving out on the 1st of October as he's going home to Australia.

This ensuite room is £1000pcm and is on the 2nd floor and gets a lot of natural light. It has a lot of storage space.

The house has a nice living room with sofas and lovely garden with table and chairs in. The area is great, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby in Hammersmith. We're about a 10 minute walk to Barons Court and a 12-15 minute walk from Hammersmith, so there are four tube lines and lots of buses easily available. The river is about 10 minutes away with lots of nice pubs.

There are five bedrooms in the house.

The housemates for the 2024-25 lease so far are in their mid-late 20s and early 30s - working in the medical tech, graphic design and charity sectors.

We're looking for a relaxed and friendly environment. We like having a chat and hanging out with housemates, but are all respectful of people doing their own thing. We're looking for someone similar for a friendly house dynamic.

We all pitch in to buy communal cleaning products and keep the shared areas clean and tidy.

Bills are about £85-100 per month per person in the summer and about £130 in the winter when the heating is on. This includes council tax, which is currently £40 per month per person.
