Nice ensuite in lovely house 15th March

Hello,

A current housemate is moving out. This room will be available from March 15th.

This large ensuite room is £1000pcm and is on the 1st floor.

The contract will be initially for three months and then rolling.

The house has a nice living room with sofas and lovely garden with table and chairs in. The area is great, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby in Hammersmith. We're about a 10 minute walk to Barons Court and a 12-15 minute walk from Hammersmith, so there are four tube lines and lots of buses easily available. The river is about 10 minutes away with lots of nice pubs.

There are five bedrooms in the house.

The other housemates are four young professional guys in their mid to late 20s or early 30s.

We're looking for a relaxed and friendly environment. We like having a chat, but are all respectful of people doing their own thing. We're looking for someone similar for a friendly house dynamic.

Bills are roughly £85-100 per month per person in the summer and about £130 in the winter when the heating is on. This includes council tax, which is currently £42 per month per person.
