The room is very spacious and well furnished. The room has huge amounts of storage with three large wardrobes! The kitchen is modern with enough space for 3 and a comfortable living room good for socialising/hanging out! Heating bills are already included in the rent.

The apartment block itself is very quiet and secure with 24 hour security. The resident are a mixture of professionals and students with lovely immediate neighbours. Free bike storage is available and also parking permits for the private car park or street parking always has space outside the flat and permits are easy to obtain from H&F council.

The location is really fantastic
- 5 minute walk from Hammersmith tube station (Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith &city and circle line!!)
-10 minute walk to Kensington Olympia (overground)
- 20 min walk to Holland Park/kensington high street
- 40 min walk to Hyde park!
Also very close to the river Thames for evening walk/runs! ☺️

Lots of nice pubs/coffee shops in the area too! And for groceries there’s a Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and M&S all within a 15 min walking radius!

I’m Jonathan current flatmate! Loved living here but my best friend is now moving to London and we’re going to find our own place together! The other two tenants are lovely and really easy to live with! One girl in her mid-twenties working in defence sector and one guy also mid twenties who runs his own business as a software engineer! The letting agency is very close by and also very responsive to any needs I’ve had so far living here

Preferably looking for someone sociable, tidy and respectful to take over this lovely flatshare!
