Double room in Hammersmith

🏠 Looking for my next flatmate in Hammersmith

My friend is moving abroad and I’m looking for my next flatmate in a cozy 2 bed flat just 5 mins walk from the Hammersmith station. So amazing for connections with lots of trains and buses.

Lots of shops, restaurants, gyms, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance as well as close to the river which is my favorite area.

The flat has the 2 rooms, a shared toilet, the kitchen and a lovely patio which we’ve used (when it’s good weather in London?). Sadly there’s no living room in the flat.

I am looking for someone outgoing, communication, tidy and willing to make the flat not just a shared flat but also a place to call home.

The room would be available from the 1st September. Currently rent is £825 excluding bills , these come around £ 120-130 (gas, electricity, water, wifi and council tax). We rented the flat unfurnished so all that is in the house was placed by us.
