Description
Hey!! I am looking for a new housemate for my 2 bed flat in Hammersmith.
The flat is modern and slap bang in the middle of Hammersmith (5 mins from station and 2 mins from high street). Perfect for popping down for the river for a cycle / beer in the sun, or ideal for commuting into ldn. It’s pretty spacious for a 2 bed and has a big balcony overlooking the communal gardens 🤘
The room. Most the stuff in the spare room in my current housemates. It’ll include a big wardrobe, double bed, small wardrobe and side table. Feel free to litter the room and house with plants and art work as my friend has. The more the merrier
Me - I’m 31 and originally from Dorset. I moved to London nearly 10 years ago and work as a project manager for a construction company. Love music, travel, sport and all that fun stuff.
I’m very relaxed with finding a new housemate as I’ve been living with a close friend for a couple of years. You must only have 2 qualities - be tidy(ish) and sound. I’m ideally looking for someone full time for at least a few months but would be great to find someone cool who wants to stay longer. If you’re looking for something for only a few nights a week that could also work or short time, that’s also fine. Rent is £1000 a month but I’ll charge £1200 a month including bills (not heating but I haven’t actually turned it on yet after 2 years of living here!!).
If you want to know anything else let me know.
My friend moves out in 2 weeks. I’m a little busy over the next few weeks but the room is free from late sept/early October.
Much love,
Rob
