Hello,
One of our housemates is moving out of our house and we are looking for a fourth housemate to replace them!

Rent- £988.50 a month (plus bills around £115)
Move in from 28th September

The house is really spacious and fully furnished. There’s also a big dining room, which is handy for working from home. There is another neighbour in the ground floor apartment but the rest of the house is ours.

You would be living with three girls 23-25 years old. One of the girls is also new to the house as well🫶🏻we enjoy spending time together in the evenings and at weekends so if you’re new to London then you’ll have some new friends for sure 😊

Goldhawk road (hammersmith and city) - 2 min walk
Shepards bush (overground and central line)- 10 minute walk
Hammersmith (district & Piccadilly)- 15 min walk
