Leaving my room in a Hammersmith house share, as my work is moving me to another part of the city.

The room is spacious and has plenty of storage and sunlight. The rent includes all bills (even council tax). The house is conveniently located within walking distance of a Tesco Superstore and a Lidl, so you'll save plenty of money on groceries. Hammersmith station is also a 5 minute walk away.

The house has 2.5 bathrooms and the kitchen has plenty of space for all the housemates.

Housemates are friendly and clean professionals -- 2 men and 2 women. We also have a cleaner come in once a month, so all the shared spaces are well taken care of.

Landlord doesn't require any referencing or guarantors.
