Looking for someone to take over my lease in my wonderful flat in W14 from the 27th of September ✨
I’m moving in with my partner and my current flatmate is staying as our tenancy has just under 2 years left!
Rent: 1234.8 per month
Deposit: 1425
Pro rata rent as well as rent is due the 11th of the month.
Bills: 90-110 per month (including council tax)
The room is 3.89m x 3.28m (12’9 x 10’9) with a large wardrobe, small double bed and bedside table. The flat comes with 1 shared spacious bathroom, a large and modern open plan kitchen/living room, as well as a medium-sized terrace (2.92m x 1.27m).

There are several gyms in the area and many amenities close by (salons, stores, pubs, restaurants, and Westfield!)

There’s a small sains across the street, and plenty of superstores nearby (Waitrose, Lidl, Tesco’s)

My flatmate, Selina, is a young professional. She’s Danish & French and has lived in London for 7 years! She speaks English French and Danish fluently.
