Well furnished bedroom and study room with plentiful storage. Study room ideal for studying, working from home or being used as a guest room. Together, they make up approximately the size of a double room.

The kitchen is modern and the shared living room is well sized, comfortable and a nice social space. Heating bills are included in the rent.

The apartment block is quiet, safe, and has 24/7 security. It has a mixture of students, young professionals, families, and elderly residents. There is free bike storage space and parking permits available. I've lived in the block for past 4 years and had a great experience.

The location is fantastic:
- 5-minute walk from Hammersmith station (Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith & City, Circle Lines) and 10 min walk from Kensington Olympia (Overground).
- 20 min walk from Holland Park, Ravenscourt Park, 40min walk from Hyde Park.
- 7min walk from the river Thames.
- 10min tube journey to Westfield White City.

Near lots of nice pubs and coffee shops, various restaurants, an IKEA, and a number of local gyms. Hammersmith is sandwiched in the middle of Kensington and Chiswick which has even more nice bars and restaurants.
