🌟 £2800 total—you would pay £1350, as I’m taking the room with en-suite (the other bathroom will be completely yours). Holding Deposit: £646.25 (1 week), and Tenancy Deposit: £3,230.76 (5 weeks)

✨ I’m originally from the States, but I came here for my undergrad in 2020 and have been here since! I’m currently doing my second masters degree
✨ Outside of studying, I love hanging out with friends and having a good night out. I write music + listen to artists like Taylor Swift, Lorde, Chappell Roan, and Renee Rapp.
✨ I’m also technically a semi-professional photographer, so if you ever need someone to take your next Tinder photo or LinkedIn headshot, I’m your girl.
ME AS A FLATMATE:
✨ I like to think I’m very chill, but also very aware about being tidy/respectful (especially in common areas).
✨ I’d love to be friends/at least quite friendly with my flatmate(s), but I definitely won’t want to intrude on your recharge time!
✨ Quite flexible with most things—only thing that’s a must is having LGBTQ+ friendly flatmates x
MOVE-IN:
🌱 Move-in date is ASAP—my current lease is up on the 6th of October, so will probably look for a 4th/5th move-in date
🌱 Open to students or professionals, but if you don’t meet the income requirements, you’ll need a UK guarantor, or to pay 6 months upfront
