A fully furnished double room has just become available in our lovely 3 bedrooms flat in Hammersmith and we are looking for a new flatmate to join us starting from begging of Nov (dates negotiable if needed).

Flat is 1st floor of a converted terraced house and here are the highlights:

⁃ double room facing the back of the house so very quiet
⁃ 3 bedroom flat with shared large and bright living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom.
⁃ Great for transport, it’s 10 mins walking distance from both Hammersmith & Shepherds Bush tube stations, therefore 5 tube lines available and 2 bus stations
⁃ Close to all amenities like post offices, big Tesco and Lidl around the corner, restaurants and pubs, gyms, lyric theatre, Westfield shopping centre so literally everything you need

A little bit about us: you’ll be sharing with two female professionals . We like sharing the odd meal every now and then but also respect each other privacy.

We like the quiet and relaxed atmosphere in the flat and love to keep it clean, tidy and look after it as if it was our own, so we are looking for someone who is like-minded and is happy to do the same. Female preferred, over 33 years old, and not considering students.

The rent will be 634£ per calendar month to pay directly to the agency, with a one-off admin fee of 50£ for checking the references, plus bills - around 100£ every month.
