Hey everyone, we're looking for a working professional to join our 4-person flatshare in vibrant Hammersmith! We're a group of friendly individuals who appreciate a good balance between socializing and personal space.

🏠 The Flat:
The double room comes with a bed, a built-in wardrobe, an additional small wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

We have 2x toilet, 2x shower/bathtub, so no need to queue for the showers in the morning.

There's a shared living/kitchen space
We're close to the river (as in 20 secs away😆) which is so lovely for walks amd catching a bit of sun.

And we're just a 7 minutes walk to Hammersmith station which offers amazing transport links. You can get literally ewerywhere around London from here!

💷 Costs:
The Current rent is £625/month which will be increasing to £725 soon, date TBC, at least that's what the landlord announced.

Bills come to approximately £80-90/month

No deposit required!

You'll need to pay the pro-rata rent until the 20th, then full rent from the 21st

There's a £50 fee to change the name on the contract, sadly...

- Must be employed and able to pass reference checks with our agency

We're a mix of young professionals who really enjoy Hammersmith. It's a fantastic area to call home!
While we all lead independent lives, we're always up for a friendly chat when our paths cross. We respect each other's space and schedules but maintain a pleasant, considerate atmosphere. Everyone is really chill and we have guests/partners over, so no stress in that regard :-)))
