(9) WHAT TYPE OF HOUSESHARER ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A nice friendly reliable individual, preferably a professional, who is bright, respectful, easy going, clean, neat and tidy. (Mid 20’s to mid 40’s age range)

(10) STREET PARKING
A Residents Street Parking Permit is available from Hammersmith & Fulham council at around £120 for 12 months.
In addition there is the extra car charge ULEZ which is another £12.50 per day so having a car is now extremely expensive.

(11) Deposits to be held by the government Deposit Protection Service.

(12) Travel time (London Underground average journey times)
Although in Zone 2, the travel time is fast into Central London on the Piccadilly Line without having to change. The Piccadilly Line is frequent because of the Heathrow Airport / Central London link. Times from Hammersmith to:
Earls Court 3 mins, Gloucester Road 5 mins, South Kensington 7 mins, Knightsbridge 9 mins, Hyde Park Corner 10 mins, Green Park 12 mins, Piccadilly Circus 14 mins

District Line is also convenient. Times from Hammersmith to:
