Double room available from Jan 1st

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a flatmate to share a cozy flat in Hammersmith, about 50 metres from the river. It comes fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, clothes storage, an attic for further storage, and all the pots and pans/kitchen equipment we need. There's a kitchen, nice shared living room and dining area (not pictured, will add one later), and the room is quite spacious and bright.

You'll be living with me - a 31 year old professional, working in tech sales, from Ireland originally but lived in a few different countries before moving here. I've lived in the flat for 2.5 years with my best friend so looking for someone to take her place. I am out quite a lot at work, with friends, travelling, running and would like the same for whoever I live with.

I'm happy for the tenancy to be short term, long term, mid-week rentals, whatever works as long as it covers the rent. The main thing is that I really get on with the new flatmate, we have a nice time together and keep the flat clean and tidy.

Cleaner comes once a week, bills tend to not exceed £50 monthly.
