Description
After one and a half years in my lovely flat, I am moving out of London to go travelling. So, as you can imagine, I am looking for someone to take my room before the 22nd of January.
The room:
The room is large, at 5.2m x 3m (17'1" x 9'10") and unfurnished, it has space for a king-size bed, desk, wardrobe, and drawers.
If you're looking for furniture, I'd be happy to sell some of the current items in the photos.
The flat:
The flat is big with high ceilings and original fireplaces, we are very lucky to have a dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms and a shower/bath. There's lots of storage, 2 large communal cupboards. There is also bike storage.
Parking is on street and requires a permit from the council.
The area:
The flat is located on King Street, a 2 minute walk from Ravenscourt Park tube station and a 10 minute walk from Hammersmith tube station.
The flat has several pubs, cafes and a large number of restaurants within walking distance.
The surrounding area has lots of accessible green space, including Ravenscourt Park and the riverside.
We're looking for a young professional. We're not a party house, but we do like to watch tv/ pop to the pub together.
Who you'll be living with:
You will be living with 2 male professionals in their late 20s to early 30s.
Yash- works in energy in product management. He enjoys climbing and running and tries to get out into the countryside when he can.
Callum- works in consulting. Enjoys running, going to the gym, getting outdoors and taking advantage of all the good coffee shops and pubs in the area.
We very much enjoy each others company and are looking for someone to match the existing vibes.
Bills:
Bills come to approximately £130 each. This includes contents insurance, wifi, gas, electricity, water and council tax (Band D). Deposit is £1078.48.
The current tenancy ends on the 21st July but there will be the option to extend. Both current tenants are looking to extend.
We are looking to do viewings on the evenings of the 16th, 17th and 19th December.
