Hi there! We’re looking for a new flatmate to share our amazing flat. Here’s a little about us and the space:

About Us👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼
We’re a couple: a Chinese girl and a British guy. I’m already here, and he’ll move in a month or two later.
Both of us are teachers, so our routines are pretty regular.
We’re sociable, easygoing, and love a clean, cozy, and relaxing environment after a busy day.

About the Flat🏠
Beautifully decorated and super spacious.(All the photos in the ad were taken today—this is exactly how the flat looks right now!！）
3 floors:
First floor: Bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
Second floor: Kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room.
Third floor: Two bedrooms.

🚇🛍️Amazing location: Just a 6-minute walk to the famous shopping area King Street!!! (M&S, Lidl, TKmaxx, Primark, ice land, Ikea……and everything!! Only 7 minutes to Hammersmith Station (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City lines)—super convenient for getting around!

About your room🏠
The room has a single bed with built-in storage underneath. The bed can also be pulled out to become a double bed.
There’s also a desk and chair, a large wardrobe with a mirror, and a freestanding storage rack.
Cozy, functional, and ready for you to make it your own!

About You🤩
You’ll be sharing with just the two of us.
We’d love someone who can help maintain the flat’s cleanliness and keep it a pleasant place for everyone.

🧹We can either take turns cleaning or hire a cleaner together—flexible on that!

💰Rent and Bills
Rent:950 per month
Deposit:1800
Rent includes council tax.
Other bills (electricity, water, etc.) are split fairly between us.
