Furnished double room in lovely 2 bedroom flat

Hi all!
My wonderful flatmate is moving to a new area and so I’m looking for someone to join me and my goofy cat, Moose.

About the flat;
The flat is on the ground floor of an apartment building, just off the main high street. There is a small step into the building and a small bump into the flat itself - the hallway and bathroom are both relatively narrow so not recommended for wheelchair users unfortunately. Less than 5 minutes walk to Ravenscourt Park station (District line) and 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith station (Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City, Circle and District lines). The room is available fully furnished and has high ceilings with lots of natural light. There is space in the room for a desk if needed for WFH. Bills come to around £150 each per month for water, gas, electricity, broadband and council tax (council tax band D). The room is available immediately, with a latest move in date of February 27th.

About me;
I’m Soph (they/she) - I’m a non-binary 32 year old Payroll Administrator mostly working from home. I’m not a big party person and much prefer a cozy night in with a movie marathon. I love film, TV and theatre - particularly science fiction (I’m a big Star Trek fan and can often be found at comic con), and often spend weekends playing video games with friends. I’ve lived in this flat for 9 years now and I adore it. I also have a silly, sweet, often spicy almost 3 year old cat named Moose - he is truly the funniest cat I have ever met and provides endless entertainment (he’s never beating the orange cat stereotypes lol).

This is very much a queer household so must be LGBTQ+ friendly and I will be prioritising queer potential flatmates. This is also very much a neurodivergent household (I am autistic), and so fellow neurodivergent people will also be prioritised - it is important to me to be able to be unmasked in my own home and having someone around who understands neurodivergent needs is a huge plus.
