Double room in a spacious Victorian terraced house, 10 min walk from both Hammersmith and Barons Court stations. These give access to the Picadilly, District, Hammersmith & City, and Circle lines, and there are good bus services from Fulham Palace Road.

The house has...
- a large lounge and dining room with sofas, a TV, and a big dining table;
- spacious kitchen with oven, two fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine etc;
- quiet courtyard shaded by a tropical plant, ideal for relaxing in the summer;
- bathroom with bath and shower shared with two other people, plus an extra downstairs toilet (one of the rooms has its own en suite).

The house is shared with three other people, all mid/late-20s paramedics from Australia. They work shifts so people are around at different times. Everyone keeps it clean and the house has a quiet but sociable vibe – think going for coffee, watching films, sometimes cooking together, but completely free to do your own thing. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better living situation for the past 18 months – I’m just leaving as I’m now moving in with my partner.

Move-in date is flexible but you must be able to pay rent from 27th April. This means £94 covering 27th-30th April, and then £705 paid on the last day of each month after that.

The room is about 2.5 x 3 square metres, which leaves space for a desk and potentially some other furniture. The rest of the house is very spacious.
