📍Hammersmith W6. ~5 mins from both Hammersmith and Baron’s Court (H&C, Circle, District and Piccadilly lines).

Super close to a wide range of shops (Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, M&S…). 5 mins away from the river and a bunch of cafes/pubs. Lots of parks in all directions, including one across the road!

💴 Rent is £957 pcm excluding bills. It will be an initial 4 month sublet from
1st May with the opportunity to extend the lease from 1st September.

🏠 Maisonette style flat on the 1st and 2nd floors. Large living room, kitchen, bathroom and your room are on the 1st floor. The flat is technically unfurnished, but I’ve been living here for 3 years so we’ve got pretty much everything (including TV and sofas for the living room).

🛏️ Bedroom with a large window facing away from the road, so it’s pretty quiet despite the central location! Large built in wardrobe. While the flat is unfurnished, the current tenant would be leaving her single bed with storage drawers underneath and chest of drawers if you want it. The room was previously kitted out with a double bed if you have your own!

You’ll be living with me and Maja 🙂 We’re both in our late 20s, I am a PhD researcher (full time in the lab) and Maja works in digital marketing. We’re both very sociable but have busy lives, and are out of the flat a lot. However, we also love chilling in the living room and watching tv 😍 and if you’re into climbing you’ll get on well with me because that’s how I spend most of my evenings 😂
