Our lovely Hammersmith house share has everything you need and more. Immaculately maintained, the room comes equipped with a double bed, big chest of drawers, and shelves. Whilst not in the room itself, there is a separate wardrobe closet as well as ample storage space throughout our flat. Unfortunately, this flat would not be suitable for someone looking to work fully remote.

Situated in a prime location right next to the river, you can enjoy scenic walks and drinks at the local pubs. It is only an 8-minute walk away from Hammersmith station (Piccadilly, District and H&C lines) with excellent bus links that run both day and night.

Come join our friendly and professional house share with two lovely girls (28 and 31) who are looking for a third flatmate! We enjoy relaxing and catching up on TV (occasionally with a bottle of wine), and enjoying one of our local riverside pubs, especially when the sun is out. We are clean, tidy, and respectful of each other's space, but also enjoy spending time together after work.

Rent (£945 PCM) is exclusive of bills, and this can vary monthly depending on usage but to give you an idea for budgeting purposes, this would be around £110 per month which includes water, gas, electricity, monthly cleaner, council tax band E, high-speed wifi, and TV license.

The location is ideal for any individual who desires a serene environment to come home to after work, while still having the convenience of all amenities nearby. The flat is surrounded by local shops, pubs, restaurants, and cafes. With the option of many supermarkets (Lidl, Sainsburys, Tescos, M&S) within a 5-10 minute walk.

We are close to Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk), we are in easy reach of Bishops Park and the beautiful Holland Park.
