Single room with an extra large wardrobe for storage available in a beautifully decorated period Victorian house. There are 6 bedrooms and 2 are en-suites. In addition, there is a main bathroom/shower with a WC and a separate WC on the ground floor. An additional shower room. The kitchen has all mod cons and a dining area, including a tumble dryer. Garden is small but beautifully decorated to sit out in the summer. There is also space for a bike. The house is very peaceful as all the tenants are professionals and keep the house in immaculate condition. There is a cleaner for communal areas. The house is located on St. Peter’s Square in Hammersmith. It is 5 mins walk to district line Stamford and 15 mins walk to Hammersmith Piccadilly line. It is in a desirable location. The rooms are quiet and double glazed. The tent includes all bills and there is a security camera for safety and HALO BT fast broadband and there had never been a problem. There is a shared beautiful lounge but very rarely used. All tenants are respectful towards each other and the common area space.
