Lovely room in Hammersmith from July/August!

Hey! I’m moving out of London, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room anytime from now on (preferably august, will consider september) to 7th of October — with the possibility to extend for another year (and the rent stays the same!).

🛏 The Room:
It’s a small but cosy fully furnished room with a bed, wardrobe, desk + chair. You’ll be sharing the flat with just one other person, so you’ll have the space to yourself quite a bit too.

🏡 The Flat:

* 2-bed flat with a shared bathroom and kitchen/living room
* Washing machine and a dishwasher
* Little balcony off the kitchen
* Loads of natural light

🚶‍♀ Location:

* 5 min walk to Ravenscourt Park station
* 15 min to Hammersmith
* Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Lidl all nearby
* Right by Ravenscourt Park + loads of lovely cafes and shops

👯‍♀ The Flatmate:

You’ll be living with my lovely flatmate who’s 25, works full-time as a graphic designer. We met on Facebook to look for flats together and ended up being really good friends! She has a super chill and clean cat named Boots.

Important info:

* Bills come up to approx £130/month including council tax (or around £80 if you're a student)
* To be accepted, you’ll need to earn 2.5x your share of the rent or have a guarantor (or, if you're only coming untill october, you could pay in advance)
* The landlord is a company and they manage all repairs really quickly&well, so no bad landlord issues:)
