Housemates : very quite minding their own business, are looking for mature minded clean tidy quite /non smokers/professionals and for those who don't bring special friends round every night to disturb the house.

There is a very STRICT weekly cleaning rota in place which must be adhered to where all housemates takes turns to empty bins clean house etc . there is the option to get your own cleaner at your own cost .
