Lovely flat in Hammersmith

My flatmate is sadly moving back to Australia. So, I'm looking for someone to take over his room in our spacious and cozy flat in Hammersmith.

About the Flat:
- Spacious Layout: We have a living room, a dining room, and a balcony, along with a big kitchen and a shared bathroom.
- Your Room: The room has access to the balcony and gets lots of natural light, perfect for someone who enjoys a bright and airy space.
- Location: The flat is located on a lovely street near King Street, Hammersmith. We’re just a few minutes' walk from the tube, supermarkets, and, most importantly, the river—great for walks or runs!
- Contract: The contract runs until the 10th of July, with the option to renew afterwards.
About Me:
I'm Irene, I’m 31 years old and I've been in the UK for 5 years. I work in tech and in my free time, I enjoy dancing, running (though I’m not very fast!), and meeting friends to explore London as well as travelling.

What I'm Looking For:
I’m hoping to find someone who’s looking for more than just a flatshare—I’d love to create a home where we can occasionally hang out, watch a movie, or go for a walk by the river. At the same time, I totally respect each other’s need for privacy and downtime.
I’m looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and values a balance of social time and personal space. If that sounds like you, I'd love to hear from you!
