The home is a 20minute walk from Hammersmith station, just off Fulham Palace Road. There are frequent buses towards the station. Please review the map on this advert for the approximate location. We are unable to share the exact location.

🗝️ THE HOUSE:
• 3 bedroom flat. It is recently been refurbished to a high standard. The flat is light with beautiful period features. It is beautifully designed.
• The room available – double room with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers.
• En-suite bathroom with a bath and over head shower
• There is separate small office which can be used for WFH if you need this.
• WIFI included
• There is no bicycle storage and street parking with a permit.
• Cleaner twice a week for communal rooms.
• There are no pets at the home. This is not appropriate for anyone with pets.

🛌THE IDEAL COMPANION:
The retired lady is looking for a lady lodger over 35 years that can assist 15 hours a week with company, some meal preparation 3-4 times a week, shopping and adhoc errands. This will suit someone working from home or working part-time from home. The retired lady is very independent, she is 60 and had a stroke last year. She has recovered well but has reduced eye sight and uses a walking frame indoors.
