Lovely double room in Hammersmith

Hi there :)

We are renting a bright cosy bedroom on the top floor of our terrace house, located between Hammersmith (Hammersmith & City, District and Piccadilly line 10 minute walk) and Ravenscourt Park station (District line) 3 minute walk).

The room is available from 5th of October at the earliest. To let for the rest of the tenancy with the option to renew in February.

- The Room -
The room itself is a cosy double room located on the top floor of the house. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, small desk and chair, 1 mirror & bedside table. While it’s not massive, the space is thoughtfully laid out and makes for a comfortable and practical living area. There’s still enough room to store your things, and it’s easy to make the space your own. The room also benefits from being conveniently located near the communal bathroom. The room is at the back of the house facing the garden. The two large windows means that the room gets a lot of natural light.

- Flatmates-
You would be living with 3 girls and 1 Guy. To fit in nicely with the house, we would be looking for someone who is clean & tidy, responsible, considerate, outgoing and gets involved in our occasional house plans (including dinner, quizzes, games night, movie nights and drinks!) However, as all of us are professionals working full time, we appreciate that living in London often requires time to ourselves and so enjoy our own space too. Importantly, we are looking for someone who is interested in being a part of our house, rather than someone just looking to rent a room.

- The House -
The house has 4 floors with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including 1 en suite; so 1 bathroom shared between 4), and one separate toilet. The communal areas include the kitchen, laundry room, and a large basement living room. We also have a garden located at the back of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the massive living room has a large dining table and a big TV.

Bills come to around £80-100 per month, depending on the season.

- The Location -
Within a 5 minute walk you have Hammersmith high street which has a wide choice of shops, cafes, supermarkets, pubs, etc. We are also around a 10 minute walk away from gyms such as Fitness First and PureGym. Hammersmith Apollo is around a 15 minute walk away. Being close to the Thames and beautiful Ravenscourt Park is ideal for scenic strolls and running!

- The Landlord -
We are fortunate to have a very reliable and conscientious landlord. He is responsive and reasonable and we have never had any issues with him over the years. Our deposits are protected under the DPS.

- Availability -
The room is available from October 5th. Slightly later move in date can be negotiated with the current tentant if needed.
