It's a large 47 sq metre one-bedroom flat in Aspen Gardens, Hammersmith (W6). The current tenant is moving abroad in the next couple of days, so it's ready to go.
The key point is that I live abroad, so you would have the entire flat to yourself with no live-in landlord or flatmates. I stay with friends on the rare occasions I'm in London.
Your main role is just to keep an eye on the place and my post.
The rent is flexible: you can choose to pay £1400 per month or £323 per week. This rate INCLUDES the council tax bill.. You would only be responsible for other utilities (gas, electricity, internet).
I am also willing to waive the deposit for the right responsible person
