The room is part of a friendly, tidy household shared with three female medical students.

You’ll share a clean, modern bathroom with one other person and have full access to the large open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, and doors opening onto a private garden.

The location is fantastic — just a 7-minute walk to Charing Cross Hospital, and under 15 minutes to both Barons Court and Hammersmith stations. Within 5 minutes, you’ll find Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Waitrose, plus plenty of coffee shops, cafés, and gyms nearby.

We’re looking for a female tenant, preferably a student or young professional, who’s tidy, considerate, and hard-working, and who would fit in with the calm, respectful vibe of the house.
