1. The bigger loft room has dual aspect, with lots of natural light. Room has a double bed, side tables, built in wardrobe and a desk for work. Plenty of room for other furniture. It’s at the top of the house so is a good place to get away.

2. The double room has a double bed, wardrobe and desk. It has 3 windows so is pretty bright.

House has an eat in kitchen, dining room and living room, and back yard for if/when it gets warm. There is 2.5 bathrooms - one big bathroom with freestanding bath and shower, and a smaller bathroom with a shower, and a WC downstairs.

Centrally located and 5 min walk to the Thames River. Close to Barons Court tube (6 min, District and Piccadilly), and 10min to Hammersmith (Hammersmith & City, Circle, District and Piccadilly).

You’ll be sharing with busy professional Aussie couple. Interested in the usual things London has to offer, theatre, dining out, travel, gym. We split between WFH and the office, depending on day and mood. Would suit a full-time professional and someone who sees home as a place to relax rather than party.
