Double room in spacious 2 bed flat in Hammersmith

Double room in a lovely spacious split-level 2 bed 2 bath flat on Hammersmith Grove, sharing with a 29 y/o professional female for 6 months Jan to June 🏡

Location is super well connected - a 5-10 min walk to Hammersmith tube stations with access to Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith & City and Circles lines, and less than 15 min walk to Shepherd’s Bush for Central and Overground (also permitted parking outside the flat).

There is pretty much everything you need within walking distance, including the river and loads of lovely cafes, pubs, wine bars, salons, gyms, IKEA, big Tesco / Sainsbury’s / Lidl, Hammersmith shopping centre and Westfield.

I’m a 29 year old single female who works in Management Consulting in Hammersmith. I go into the office most days but work from home on occasion. I’ve lived in the flat for the last 4 years with various flatmates who have been fab ☺️

I’m looking for someone who is fun to live with, generally clean / tidy / respectful (the usual) but also someone who will want the flat to be a home rather than a base. Always keen to do things together but also very happy doing my own thing and have my own life and friends here.

The room itself is a double room with a desk and built-in mirrored double wardrobes, it’s not an en-suite per se but there is a downstairs bathroom with a shower which is your own bathroom. The living space is huge with 2 big sofas and an extendable dining table. The kitchen is new in the last month and has everything you need (incl dishwasher) and just off the kitchen is a south facing roof terrace with a full size table and chairs.
