This is a peaceful location (council tax band C) with great transport links to most places in central London (Tubes via Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith and Circle; has a whole bus station with multiple routes).
This place is just a few minutes away from stores (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl, M&S, Boots, Superdrug, Ikea, and clothing stores). We've got a nice view from all our windows on the ground floor, and we're within a safe gated estate.
