Less that an 8 minute walk from the station and less than a 5 minute walk to the river. I always feel really safe here and the area is lovely.
The bed is double and there is storage underneath it. The bathroom is shared by one other person.
Move in date 14th February. Contract till October with option to extend (the other girls will likely be extending xx).
£1050 excluding bills available from the 14th of February. It will be a tenancy takeover until October (I am only moving so l can move in with my close friends). It’s a great place and the housemates are lovely and really respectful.
To be accepted by landlord you will need a guarantor/ to pay 6 months in advance or earn £28k per year.
You will be living with 4 other girls.
There's a BBQ in the garden ready to be used and we have been planting flowers and veg ready for the summer!
