Less that an 8 minute walk from the station and less than a 5 minute walk to the river. Move in date 14th February. Contract till October with option to extend (the other girls will likely be extending xx)
£1050 excluding bills available from the 14th of February. It will be a tenancy takeover until October but will likely able to extend the contract (I am only moving so l can move in with my close friends). It’s a great place and the housemates are lovely and really respectful.
To be accepted by landlord you will need a guarantor/ to pay 6 months in advance or earn £28k per year.
You will be living with 4 other girls.
There's a BBQ in the garden ready to be used and we have been planting flowers and veg ready for the summer!
