Looking for someone to fill my spacious double room in this stunning 3 bed maisonette in Hammersmith/Chiswick, as I am moving out of London for a bit to go travelling!

Rent: £967 pcm excluding bills, to be paid on the 18th of each month
Bills: roughly ~£70 pcm for wifi, water and energy

The current contract is ending on the 19th June, so you would be finishing out my part of the lease for 3 months, with the potential to renew after.

About the house:



Large flat set over the first and second floors in lovely terrace on a quiet residential road minutes away from both the Thames river in one direction and Chiswick high street in the other. The property has a large kitchen, large living/dining room, bathroom and this bedroom on the first floor, and the other two rooms (including one ensuite) are on the second floor.

NOTE: the ensuite in the upstairs room is being redone, so the main bathroom is currently being shared between all three housemates.

The house is fully furnished. The kitchen is kitted out with 4 ring gas hob, 2 ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, and all the usual amenities. The living room is south facing and has loads of communal storage space, 2 sofas, an armchair and large dining table. The TV in pictures is NOT included. There is also a tumble dryer and extra storage space under the stairs to the second floor.

The flat is super well-connected:

7 min walk to Stamford Brook station (district line)
20 min walk (or 5 min bus/tube) to Hammersmith Station (district, piccadilly, circle and Hammersmith and city lines)
3 min walk to nearest bus stop and high street with lots of shops and restaurants

The room is a double bedroom with loads of storage space including two large fitted wardrobes, a large chest of drawers and a side table. It also comes with the double bed which has space underneath for even more storage. The desk in the picture is NOT included, but the desk chair is.


About the housemates:



You'll be sharing with my friend from uni Kat, a super friendly PhD student in her mid-20s who works on campus during the week. The third, smallest, room is also currently available from the 20th March (message for more information).
