A bright and cozy room is becoming available in our lovely 4-bedroom flat in West London (Zone 2). I am moving into another room within the same flat, so I am looking for a wonderful new flatmate to take over my current space!

The room is filled with natural light and comes fully furnished with:

The flat features 1.5 bathrooms (one full bathroom + a separate toilet), which makes the morning rush much easier!

Hammersmith is one of the best-connected areas in London. You won’t have to worry about tube strikes with 4 lines nearby!

• Hammersmith Station: 10 mins walk (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City lines)
• Baron’s Court Station: 8 mins walk (District, Piccadilly)
• Kensington (Olympia): 12 mins walk (Overground - Mildmay line)
• Buses: Multiple bus stops right outside with direct routes to Central London and Notting Hill.
• Travel times: 20 mins to Hyde Park, 30 mins to Leicester Square/Chinatown.

【About Your Flatmates】
You will be sharing the flat with two lovely Korean girls and one Taiwanese girl (me!). We are all friendly professionals who follow a regular routine. We maintain a very clean, quiet, and peaceful home environment, and we enjoy a harmonious living atmosphere.

【Who we are looking for】
We are looking for a clean, tidy, and non-smoking female who is easy-going and communicative.

To keep the flat a comfortable space for everyone, we have a few house rules:

• Cleanliness: We follow a weekly cleaning rotation for communal areas and rubbish.

• Kitchen Etiquette: Please tidy up after cooking; no dishes left in the sink overnight.

• Guests: Friends are welcome! We just ask for a polite heads-up in our group chat. As this is an all-female flat, we have a no male overnight guests policy.

• Shared Essentials: We split the cost of communal items like toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and cleaning supplies.

【Rent & Terms】
• Rent: £850 per month (All bills and Council Tax included)
• Deposit: 1 month’s rent
• Available from: 23rd February 2026
• Tenancy: Until 30th September 2026 (Contract renewal with the landlord is possible)
