We are looking for nice, easy going tenants to join this flat. They ( girls ) can be students, or working full-time; to be pretty independent but to get together and socialize from time to time. To be clean and tidy and respect each other’s space.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith underground station on the Piccadilly line and District Line (Zone 2). There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 2 min walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Hammersmith are a short walk away, and the area itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs. We are close to Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Hammersmith riverside and the beautiful Holland Park.
