Bright double room has become availble in a really nice, newly refurbished apartment close to Hammersmith station!
( Girls flat / girls preferred ).

The room is cosy and comes with a single bed & mattress, wardrobe and drawer.

The flat has a brand new open plan kitchen and living room with really nice cabinets, new oven, fridge-freezer.

The bathroom is brand new and comes with sleek, modern fixtures. It is of a good size, and includes; a standing showert, a basin and the toilet.

We are looking for nice, easy going tenants to join this flat. There are 3 girls ( chinese, south korea) working full-time; they are pretty independent but get together and socialize from time to time. They are clean and tidy and respect each other’s space.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith underground station on the Piccadilly line and District Line (Zone 2). There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 2 min walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Hammersmith are a short walk away, and the area itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs. We are close to Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Hammersmith riverside and the beautiful Holland Park.
