Double room in spacious flat

Lovely two bedroom flat over 2nd and 3rd floors on Fulham Palace Road. On the second floor are a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, a separate lounge/dining room, the double bedroom for rent and a bathroom for your use (and guests when they come!). The double bedroom available is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table (will have new curtains), and the bathroom has a shower/bath. The third floor has the terrace and the second bedroom with ensuite.

Though we are on a main road the windows are double glazed and it's surprisingly quiet, and the bedroom for rent is at the back of the flat.

The flat is 5 mins' walk from Hammersmith tube station (District/Piccadilly lines) and less than 10 mins' walk from King Street, with many shops and supermarkets.

Bills are an estimate as the flat has undergone significant renovations since November and I moved in at the end of December: per person per month: £74 council tax (band E), £72 utilities estimate (gas/elec/water), £12.50 broadband (estimate as not yet installed), £45 cleaner.

I'm a friendly Brazilian Aussie in my 40s who has lived in London over 10 years. I work in the city and am also starting my own coaching business on the side, and am often out with church, swing dancing and meeting other friends. I've moved around quite a bit and am looking forward to settling into this cosy flat with someone who wants an oasis in the busy city, a home to enjoy and share with others. The landlords are a wonderful couple who have poured a lot into the flat so we are looking for someone who will care for it well. We are still sorting out some snags post renovation so more photos of the lounge/dining room will be up soon!
