I’m 5 mins from Charing Cross Hospital and Barons Court. Rent is £897/month + bills. You’d be living with three other housemates (2 women, 1 man). It’s a house with 4 of us total, 2 bathrooms, a living room, big kitchen and a small garden.
It would be switching over (taking over my part of the contract) onto the contract from April 2026–April 2027, but there’s some very small flexibility.
Landlords are really nice and doctors as well, all current tenants are medical students.
