No pets allowed. Also no couples considered to keep numbers in the property low.

The main pub is 2 floors below so quiet in the flat.

Housemates are a mix of staff working in the pub below and young professionals.

References will be required and likewise evidence of visa.

£100 key deposit taken to cover cleaning and key. Returned on return of a clean room and key.
