I'm Elif, I've lived here for 3 years and I'm moving out with my boyfriend and we're looking for people to fill our rooms in our gorgeous flat share in Hammersmith! The two rooms available to rent from 18 April. Girls only!
Bigger room:
Rent: £991 per month
Bills: Around £100 per month each
Tenancy changeover fee: £50
Deposit: £1040
Smaller room:
Rent: £893 per month
Bills: Around £100 per month each
Tenancy changeover fee: £50
Deposit: £930
Council Tax Band D.
Tenancy:
The current tenancy runs until October and the landlord and agency have been super easy to deal with, and have replaced quite a bit of old furniture/electrical bits. The flat was refurbished a few years ago and is really modern and in a gorgeous location with views of the river. Cannot express how lovely the local area is - amazing brunch, amazing pubs and nature.
About the rooms:
The main difference with the two rooms are the size (hence the price difference). The flat is fully furnished and the rooms come with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk with chair.

• 7 minute walk to Hammersmith station (Piccadilly line, district line, Hammersmith and City line)
• Near shopping centres (Westfield White City and IKEA)

About us:
You’ll be sharing with our 25 year old flatmate, who is relaxed, friendly, and genuinely lovely to live with ❤ She works full time in Central London and occasionally from home.
Ideally we're looking for girls who are tidy, easygoing, and also likes a chill night in. Ideally young professionals/aged 21-29.
