Housemates : VERY quite minding their OWN business, are looking for mature minded clean tidy quite /non smokers/professionals and for those who don't bring special friends round every night to disturb the house.

There is a very STRICT weekly cleaning rota in place which must be adhered to where all housemates takes turns to empty bins clean house etc . there is the option to get your own cleaner at your own cost .

contracts will be given to protect us both, no agents or fees attached , just rent and deposit . you deal directly with landlord /myself.
