Large double room in Hammersmith

Hi there!

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 4 person share house by the River in Hammersmith (bordering Fulham). I am moving out as I'm making the leap to live with my partner!

Price £1270 excluding bills.
Council tax band G.
Shared tenancy agreement.

🏠 Large double room, sharing bathroom with 1 other person in a recently renovated, three level family home. Two living rooms with open plan kitchen/dining leading out into the backyard, ideal for BBQs. Also very close to the Crabtree 🥂 The room is furnished 🛌🏼 and includes the desk and chair if you want it. We will need to check with the landlord (they're pretty chill), but if you don't like the dinos 🦖 we can probably get them removed.

🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ Living with 3 girls all from Australia ages 28-30. We've met since moving to London and like living in a chill and welcoming house where we can all gather for the odd house dinner after work, drinks and getting out to explore the area.

About us:
- Meg (28) Physio who’s lived in London for 3 years. Likes being active(running, netball, football and gym), travel, comedy and baking in addition to a good tv/movie binge.
- Ashleigh (30) Accountant, has lived in London for 3 years. Enjoys baking, dancing, travelling and drinks at the pub.
- Lauren (28) Investment banker who's lived in London for almost 2 years. When not jet-setting off on business trips can be found keeping active or hanging out with friends

📍On a quiet street, ~15 min walk to Hammersmith station (Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith and Lines) and a 1 street in from the river (perfect for summer nights and morning/evening runs). Close to multiple bus stops headed toward Fulham Broadway.
