Bright double room for sublet and potential long term lease in an incredible location, and for a cheap price.

The house:
The house is four bedrooms, part of a housing block filled with all ages. Very quiet and nice neighbours.
- Has a kitchen equipped with an air fryer, brand new oven and plenty of shared utensils.
- Lovely big living room with a large TV.
- Outside small balcony.
- Great safe location right beside the river Thames
- Short walk from Ravenscourt Park station (District Line) and Hammersmith Station (Piccadilly Line, Hammersmith and City Line and Circle Line)
- Plenty of amazing riverside pubs and the perfect spot for morning walks/runs

The flatmates:
- All in mid to late 20s, friendly and sociable, have all lived together for the past couple years which makes it very easy to slot into the flat. Enjoy having chats every morning or while making dinner but appreciate coming home to a calm environment as well!

Sublet:
Ideally we are looking for someone to sublet for a month and then, pending reference checks with the landlord, stay on permanently. I go away on Monday 16 June for nearly a month so keen to set up viewings ASAP this week!
