One of my flatmates has bought a flat and the other is moving in with her boyfriend, so we are looking for two lovely people to take over their rooms. The contract runs from August 17th 2026!

🔍THE FLAT
Three beds total, bathroom will be shared between the two rooms downstairs. Stunning west facing living room and kitchen. Both rooms have bed frames and mattresses that can be purchased from us! One of the rooms also comes with a large double chest of drawers so plenty of storage!

🚇LOCATION
- 10-15 mins to Hammersmith for Piccadilly and District lines.
- 10-15 mins to Shepherd’s Bush for overground and central line.
- 5 mins to Goldhawk Road for Hammersmith & City/Circle lines.

💸RENT
Rent is £1,075 per room, with bills at around £135 per person a month.
Deposit is currently £1,084 but is likely to have a slight increase with a new tenancy agreement.

🎀ME
I am a Communications and Digital Officer and I wfh 2-3 days a week. I love reading, cooking, exercise, gigs and I am looking for people who are keen to be friends rather than just flatmates and would be up for brunch, the pub, cocktails (as well as chilling watching TV) when schedules allow. This is very much the vibe we have had so far so would like it to continue!

Am looking at a similar vibe, someone clean and organised who’s respectful of each other’s spaces but also willing to spend some time together inside and outside of the flat! ✨
