Bright & Spacious Double Room in Hammersmith

We're looking for a friendly, tidy housemate (or couple!) to join our relaxed home in Hammersmith/Shepherd's Bush area.

The room is the largest double bedroom in the house, it is upstairs on the first floor with nice natural light throughout the morning and afternoon. It's a big, bright space with plenty of room and a large closet. The room is furnished with a king sized bed, a chest of drawers, and a desk which is ideal for WFH days. The upstairs bathroom is shared with just one other person.

The flat is shared with two graphic designers in our mid-20s: I'm a 27-year-old Kiwi woman, and my housemate is a 26-year-old woman from India. We both work in the office around three days a week and enjoy hanging out in the kitchen and garden or the occasional pub trip, and like a nice balance of being social and being independent.

We also have one very cute black cat who is friendly and enjoys a cuddle, but she's shy around other animals, so unfortunately we can't have any additional pets.

The house has a comfortable shared living room and a lovely garden/patio that gets great afternoon sun, plus a small shed outside for extra storage.
