🏡 The house

A big two-storey house with a private garden on a quiet residential street, just a few minutes’ walk from the river in Hammersmith. We’re also next to a small park.

There’s a separate lounge, a large kitchen, a shared bathroom, a separate downstairs toilet, and a trusty cupboard under the stairs :)

🛌 The room

We have a good-sized double room on the ground floor, available from 16 August.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, a chest of drawers, shelving, a mirror and a bedside table.

Please note that the desk and chair shown in the photos are not included, as they belong to the current tenant.

👯‍♀️ The housemates

We are three friendly girls looking for someone similar to join this lovely house. If you’re bubbly, laid-back, clean and considerate, you should fit in well!

Everyone in the house works full-time and hybrid. We’re all fairly independent, but we also enjoy socialising over a glass of wine or catching up on the latest Netflix show.

Summer BBQs and Pimm’s in the garden are a favourite :) We all treat the house like home and respect each other’s belongings, so we’re looking for someone who will do the same.

Hammersmith, Glammersmith — call it what you will! ✨

The house is right by the river, with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. It’s in Zone 2, with the District, Piccadilly, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines, as well as lots of bus routes, all just a few minutes’ walk away.

* The room is available from 16 August
* We’re ideally looking for a female housemate to maintain the current house dynamic
* We’re looking for someone who wants to settle and make the house feel like home
* Bills are included in the rent, although these may fluctuate slightly
* We have a cleaning rota for the communal areas to keep the house looking lovely
* Viewings are available on weekdays after 6:00 p. m., except Mondays
* I’m also quite flexible on weekends
